The vendor at the lékárna (pharmacy) in Prague is a minor merchant in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. He is found at the pharmacy during the first and second visits to Prague.
Background
The vendor works at the pharmacy along with Dr. Nicholas Cipra and Michal Raines, the vendor's nephew who has a nearby apartment. When asked about Cipra, the vendor will present an unflattering view of the doctor and his work in "experimental neural therapy," mocking him for being unable to find a patient of his who ran away.
