The Page Bravo-3 Peacebringer, also known as the Security Bot Mark 4,[1] is a type of security robot that appears in Deus Ex. The robot is produced by Page Industries.

Background[]

Marketed and sold to governments worldwide, the Peacebringer is a workhorse for most national militaries, including United States and China.[2] It was created by Page Industries, as an inexpensive walking combat bot designed for security and patrol. The bipedal frame mounts an air-cooled 7.62mm NATO minigun, below the main housing. Although its AI is limited, it is enough for most security and many military forces around the world. The 2052 model is also notable for using the same radio imaging system for situational awareness, but unlike previous ones, it combines it with a RazorThorn signal processor for target acquisition. As a result, it's seen action across the world, including Hong Kong, Chicago, New York, Buenos Aires, New Delhi, Moscow, and Paris. For assignments requiring firepower, a more powerful model is available, the Page Delta-2 Peacebringer.[3]

Characteristics[]

The Bravo-3's is a mid-size security bot, larger than the Security Bot Mark 2 but smaller than the Delta-2 Peacebringer. The Bravo-3 is armed with a single machine gun.

Two instances of the Bravo-3 found at the Brooklyn Naval Shipyard are specially equipped with flamethrowers alongside their machine gun.

Both are practically immune to small arms fore and require explosives or EMP weapons to disable. When hostile, they can make short work of an unprotected JC Denton or most NPCs.

Due to the heavy armor, they take little damage from ordinary bullets. If you come up against a bot, you should use an EMP grenade, scrambler grenade, or some kind of explosive. "
