| "I once thought I could save the world... now look at it"
— Spoilers for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided follow!
Harmony Knapková is a chemist living in Prague in 2029. She works in the production of Neon at a lab located in the sewers of Překážka, the southern part of Prague. She is labeled as "Neon Chemist" by the in-game interaction prompt.
Harmony manages the Neon reactors in the Neon lab located in the sewers. She keeps the reactor codes to herself, and justifies this by claiming that she is the only one who knows how to safely maintain the reactors.
The Dvali's control over the Neon lab has given them full control over the production of Neon in the area. However, Harmony secretly supplies Neon to Cygnus, who is dealing Neon behind the backs of the Dvali. Cygnus in turn supplies Neon to wealthier Prague citizens, like John Dubnyk, a resident at 33 Hlavní Apartments who holds Neon parties.
The Dvali have been suspecting Harmony of smuggling Neon out of the lab. One Dvali member warns her that her knowledge of the lab will not keep her alive forever. As a result, Harmony has switched from smuggling Neon out of the lab to arranging pick-up points for Cygnus.
If Adam Jensen investigates Neon activity in Prague, his investigation eventually brings him to the reactor room of the Neon lab, where he encounters Harmony. Harmony will act stubbornly and attempt to justify the production of Neon on the basis that people have a right to enjoy Neon. However, Harmony can potentially be persuaded to shut down the reactors.
