Brian Rourke is an analyst at Task Force 29's Prague-based Central European Division in the year 2029. Rourke can be found on the second level of the TF29 HQ.
Biography[]
Rurke is compiling all the case files on the investigation board in the TF29 Headquarter. He also owes a hundred credits in poker losses to Arun Singh and jokingly hopes that Singh will spend a few more months with the Jinn so maybe he will forget about the debt.

If asked, he will brief Adam Jensen about various organizations and characters present on the investigation board, including the Augmented Rights Coalition, the Dvali, the gold-masked mercenaries, the Jinn, the Juggernaut Collective, the New Sons of Freedom, Purity First, Samizdat and the Singularity Church of the MachineGod.
Depending how the player goes about missions in the game, Rurke's investigation board (and the information he has to supply) will change.
