Milena Epstein is a forger in Prague in 2029. She is encountered by Adam Jensen during SM01: The Golden Ticket who Jensen can choose to help out.
Biography[]
Milena went to school in a field related to art, possibly graphic design, as she is excellent at forgeries. When her augmented friends were not able to get the right permits to stay out of Golem City, she took it upon herself to help them out by creating false documents. Catching word of this, Drahomír came in and forced her to make them for an extortion ring he set up, threatening to kill her if she did not comply. She tried to get out several times to the point Drahomír had her room doors and windows sealed shut and could only be unlocked with an outside terminal. Her documents are so believable that more and more counterfeit measures are put in place to the point they now require an activated number that only a cop can validate at the Registration Office.
She also becomes very flustered when panicked, as indicated when Jensen shows up and, not knowing the extortion was not her idea, accuses her of swindling augs out of their credits. Despite this, she still maintains the mindset that she wants to help people, even if forgeries are illegal.

Missions[]
- SM01: The Golden Ticket: Adam Jensen's investigation of Drahomír's activities eventually leads him to Milena. Milena asks Jensen to deal with Drahomír and also help her activate the permits of Irenka Bauer and Edward Brod.
- SM12: K is for Každý: If both "The Golden Ticket" and SM05: Samizdat were completed, Milena appears again during SM12: K is for Každý, where Little k is putting her to good use creating fake foreign passports and documents to smuggle people out of Prague.
Notes[]
- When Jensen first meets her, she will mistaken him for Edward Brod and comment on how he looks nothing like his picture.
- Milena is one of the few people within Deus Ex: Mankind Divided to have an unnatural hair color. Judging by her punk-esque clothing, it was likely dyed to match her style.
- Milena also has her ears gauged, as seen on her right ear.
