Eidos Interactive Ltd. was a British video game publishing company and the publisher of the games Deus Ex and Deus Ex: Invisible War.

In 1999, Eidos Interactive acquired a majority stake in Ion Storm, which was in the process of developing Deus Ex and would later develop its sequel, Deus Ex: Invisible War. After Ion Storm closed in 2005, development of the Deus Ex series was given to Eidos-Montréal, a studio which Eidos Interactive opened in 2007.

In 2009, Eidos Interactive was acquired by Square Enix. As a result of the acquisition, Eidos Interactive was merged into Square Enix Limited, a European subsidiary of Square Enix (which, at the time, was known as Square Enix Co., Ltd.). The merger created a new subsidiary of Square Enix called Square Enix Europe. Thus, the name "Eidos Interactive" ceased to be used as the publisher name, although "Eidos" was retained by Eidos-Montréal, which continued developing Deus Ex games under the ownership of Square Enix. Square Enix served as the publisher and rights holder of the Deus Ex series until its sale of Eidos-Montréal and the Deus Ex intellectual property to Embracer Group AB in August 2022.
